Each week, we’ll explore the (updated) Electric Woman Manifesto — a collection of guiding principles designed to help us fully embody our feminine power. These insights are drawn from 16 years of coaching, deep study of feminine wisdom and intuition, immersive embodiment practices, and the most transformative tools I’ve discovered for releasing shame.

It’s not a list of rules (goddess knows we’ve had enough of those).

It’s an invitation to return to your deepest, most rooted self and to live from there.
