Erotic Finishing School Retreat Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

To secure your place at the Erotic Finishing School Retreat, a £500 non-refundable deposit is required.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days prior to the retreat start date (2 November 2026).

Failure to complete payment by this date may result in your place being released and your deposit forfeited.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing.

- The £500 deposit is strictly non-refundable

- Cancellations made:

  • More than 90 days before the retreat: refundable minus deposit

  • Within 90 days of the retreat: non-refundable

No refunds will be given for:

- Late arrival

- Early departure

- No-shows

3. Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another participant.

- Transfers must be approved in writing by Electric Women Ltd

- You are responsible for sourcing your replacement

4. What’s Included

- 4 nights luxury accommodation

- Daily meals (vegetarian) and snacks

- All workshops, sessions, and activities

- Access to facilities including pool and hot tub

5. What’s Not Included

- Travel to and from the retreat

- Airport or station transfers

- Travel insurance (mandatory)

- Alcohol and additional personal expenses

6. Health & Responsibility

By attending this retreat, you confirm that:

- You are physically and mentally able to participate

- You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing

This retreat includes somatic, emotional, and embodied practices.

These are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

You agree to:

- Participate at your own pace

- Seek professional support where needed

7. Liability

Electric Women Ltd is not responsible for:

- Injury, illness, or loss during the retreat

- Personal belongings

You attend at your own risk.

8. Travel Insurance

All participants are required to have valid travel insurance covering:

- Cancellation

- Personal injury

- Travel disruption

9. Changes to the Retreat

Electric Women Ltd reserves the right to:

- Make changes to the schedule, facilitators, or venue if necessary

In the unlikely event of cancellation by us:

- You will receive a full refund of payments made

10. Code of Conduct

This retreat is a safe, respectful, and confidential space.

Participants agree to:

- Respect others’ boundaries

- Maintain confidentiality

- Behave in alignment with the integrity of the space

We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the group environment, without refund.

11. Agreement

By paying your deposit or full amount, you confirm that:
