Erotic Finishing School Retreat – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
To secure your place at the Erotic Finishing School Retreat, a 20% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking.

If paying a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days prior to the retreat start date (by 4 August 2026).

If full payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to release your place and retain the deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.

  • The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat start date: refundable minus deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat: non-refundable.

No refunds will be given for:

  • Late arrival

  • Early departure

  • No-shows

3. Force Majeure
Force majeure refers to events beyond reasonable control that prevent attendance or delivery of the retreat.

Participant force majeure (eligible for refund):

  • Death or serious illness of the participant

  • Death or serious illness of an immediate family member (first or second degree), with documentation

Non-eligible circumstances include:

  • Travel disruptions or cancellations

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Any circumstances not expressly listed above

Organiser force majeure:
If the retreat cannot take place due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or venue closure), you will receive a full refund of payments made. No additional compensation (including travel or personal expenses) will be provided.

4. Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another participant.

  • All transfers must be approved in writing by Electric Women Ltd

  • You are responsible for finding your replacement

  • Transfers must be completed no later than 14 days before the retreat start date.

5. What’s Included

  • 4 nights’ luxury accommodation

  • Daily vegetarian meals and snacks

  • All workshops, sessions, and activities

  • Access to facilities, including pool and hot tub.

6. What’s Not Included

  • Travel to and from the retreat

  • Airport or station transfers

  • Travel insurance (mandatory)

  • Alcohol and personal expenses.

7. Health, Wellbeing & Participation
By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate.

This retreat includes somatic, emotional, and embodied practices. These are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

You agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your wellbeing

  • Participate at your own pace

  • Seek professional support where needed

Participation in all activities is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time.

8. Consent & Conduct
This retreat is a respectful, confidential, and consent-based space.

Participants agree to:

  • Respect personal boundaries at all times

  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ experiences

Any form of inappropriate, non-consensual, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the retreat without refund.

9. Liability
Participation in the retreat is at your own risk.

Electric Women Ltd is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any injury, illness, or loss arising from participation in the retreat.

10. Travel Insurance
All participants are required to hold valid travel insurance covering:

  • Cancellation

  • Personal injury

  • Travel disruption.

11. Changes to the Retreat
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule or facilitators where necessary.

If we cancel the retreat for any reason (other than force majeure), you will receive a full refund of all payments made. No further compensation will be provided.

12. Media & Privacy
We may take photographs or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes.

You will be informed in advance and may opt out at any time.

All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Agreement
By paying a deposit or full balance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
