About Nikki Armytage-Foy

Nikki is a Certified Co-Active Leadership Coach CPCC, PCC, accredited by the International Coach Federation, with over 16 years of experience. She founded the coaching company: Electric Woman, which inspires female leaders to thrive in their lives and businesses. She coaches CEOs, leaders, entrepreneurs and female leadership teams. 


Through a combination of coaching mastery, leadership expertise and intuition, Nikki inspires her clients to live and work with vitality, confidence and impact. They transform limiting patterns and behaviours and clarify a powerful personal and professional vision. Using the Electric Woman methodology, she’s coached over 3,000 clients.


Nikki leads events that focus on the power of female leadership for the likes of YPO, Accenture and the Marriott and co-leads retreats around the world for startbecoming. She contributes to publications such as Forbes and Women’s Health.
