The healing power of nature

Deepen your connection with your Electric Woman through nature

This is one of my favourite and most meaningful images of nature – it’s the Atlantic ocean off Southern Tenerife. In 2018, I was walking along this coastline early in the morning, breathing in the sea air, feeling open and relaxed with the warmth of the sun on my face. It was at this moment that I had an overwhelming sense that the baby in my pregnant belly was going to be ok. She would survive and I would get to meet her.

This felt brave and a little dangerous to admit to myself. After two miscarriages, I started to doubt the possibility of ever having children. A heavy cloud followed me everywhere, I was afraid that I would somehow lose this baby too.

Yet, standing by the majestic expanse of water, I connected with a resounding  loving voice within saying, ‘it’s going to be ok’. The cloud started to shrink in size as my trust deepened and slowly, I started to believe again.

Nature has always been a way for me to connect with a deeper power and wisdom. When I am in nature, I release the noise of my head and sink into a more peaceful place and that peace brings hope and clarity.

On Monday, I am hosting a tribe call with Rachel Hewitt-Hall, a Nature Therapist about the healing power of nature and how we can use it to deepen our connection with our Electric Woman – and to build trust in ourselves and our path.

We invite you to bring an image or object from nature that’s meaningful to you. We will be leading a visualisation to help you release any doubt and fear you have at this time and replenish you with hope and belief about what’s ahead for you. And the call may inspire you to reconnect with nature in a more consistent way and seek the grace and wisdom within.

We look forward to seeing you on Monday 10th May at 730pm-845pm GMT, on Zoom

If you would like to join us and have not been to a tribe call before, email us at hello@electricwoman.com and we will be sure to welcome you.
