Feminine Power With Karen-Kimsey House

Dear Electrics,

I’ve been away from here for a while. I’ve been taking more space to be with my family, to slow down and breathe and to feel into the next chapter of Electric Woman.

What keeps coming to me is the power of the feminine. This has always been at the core of Electric Woman, yet perhaps more so even now, I feel women are looking to release control and come into a deeper state of flow and creativity in their lives and work – to see the perfection of their lives vs getting caught in the whirlwind of perfectionism. To come back to our hearts and our inner truth for guidance on the way forward.

In this newsletter, I will be sharing resources, conversations I’ve been having with thought-leaders in feminine power and let you know about upcoming events.

Today, I’m sharing with you the first of my feminine power series - an interview with the one and only Karen Kimsey-House, co-founder of the Coaches Training Institute. Karen is my coach and a role model of feminine power.

Karen is one of the earliest recognized luminaries in the coaching profession, and a successful entrepreneur, Karen Kimsey-House is a co-founder of CTI, the world's largest in person coaching and leadership development company.

Karen shares that to be in our feminine power is "to start to look inward to our intuition and inner truth and start believing in that voice". She says,  "When I look at my career and the mistakes I made, inevitably it was because I overrode that whisper from my own heart. There’s a turning inward and trusting yourself and an acceptance of who you are and a letting go of trying to look like something else out there...Trusting who you are and trusting your power, which is unique – is the most important thing – and belongs to you alone".
