Eleanor Roosevelt said: “A woman is like a tea bag; you never know how strong it is until it's in hot water.” The water is certainly hot right now, the climate remains anxious, overwhelmed, disillusioned.

In these times, it’s easy to cut off from our inner light and spiritual energy. And yet it is more important than ever that we connect to the deep rooted feminine power within - our ‘Electric’ and show up with strength and grace. We do this for our wellbeing, for our family, for our world.

As women, we have been gifted with a love that heals and a touch that nurtures. We have a fire within our bellies that reminds us of our resilience and births new life and conditions.
